Medical Experience

Prior to joining Crossway Medical Clinic, Dr. Floyd practiced as a Staff Physician with Edmond Memorial Clinic, and with Sparks Medical Foundation in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He also served as Chief Resident at the Family Medicine Residency Area Health Education Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Personal Interests

Dr. Floyd and his wife have six children. They stay busy attending their children’s sporting events. Dr. Floyd has participated in the Redman Triathlon for the past 10 years. He believes that this experience as an athlete has helped him better relate to his athletic patients and diagnose athletic type injuries as well. Dr. Floyd also serves as an Elder at Memorial Road Church of Christ.
